What is the requirement to shop at vividha.in?
- You should be above 18 years of age and legally allowed, by the laws governing your land, to shop in India.
- You need to have a valid credit card or debit card (VISA or MASTERCARD) issued by a reputed bank
- Currently we ship only in India, so you need to have a shipping address of India
Where and how can I find / search a particular product on your website?
You can directly search for the product you are looking for through the search field provided on every page. Alternatively you can navigate through our site map for categories in which you are most likely to find your desired product.
Is the product range offered at vividha.in and Vividha physical stores, the same?
Yes, the products offered are similar. So you can shop from your home with ease of finding the right product from our wide range of merchandise to suit your need. What more, Shop without any time limitation with the 24-hr access and also save traveling time to spend it on your other important tasks and hobbies.
However, we offer various customized and personalized products, on special orders, which are not mass produced. Such products are not listed on our website. However, you can go through few design samples mentioned in our catalogue (click here to download our e-catalogue). I have seen a product in your store / catalogue; however it’s not available on the website. Can you arrange to get it delivered?
Yes, we can get those delivered, depending on their availability. You can call us +91-22-40058484 to enquire about the same and place an order.
Can I buy Vividha Gift Voucher (GV) online?
Yes, you can buy a physical (paper) gift voucher online, however, it is meant to be redeemed at our exclusive brand outlets. Click here to know our store address.
Please note, Gift Vouchers once ordered cannot be cancelled or returned.
Can I redeem Vividha Gift Voucher for online shopping?
No, you cannot redeem physical (paper) gift vouchers online.
Payment
What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases?
We accept Credit Cards - Visa Card, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club Card, JCB Card and American Express. We also accept payment through Debit Cards, Net banking, Cash Cards and Mobile Payments. For more details on payment options, click here
Do you have ‘Cash on Delivery’ option?
No, currently we do not offer ‘Cash on delivery’ facility.
Do you accept payment through Cheque/Demand Draft?

Would I be charged as soon as I complete ordering online? And when would the payment get deducted from my card account?
An amount equal to your total order value will be blocked against your credit / debit card limit, as soon as you complete the transaction. Once the order is processed completely i.e., delivered to your mentioned address, the amount will get deducted from your account.
Is Stop-payment allowed in case I realize my card has been misused or a purchase made fraudulently?
You will need to report the incident to your card issuing bank.
What should I do if my credit/debit card has been compromised when I am trying to make a payment online?
We request you to refer our privacy policy, which mentions that the information collected is submitted via the highest level of encryption to ensure the greatest amount of safety and security. We use the secured payment Gateway - CCAvenue® for all the orders placed online – this prevents from inadvertently revealing any personal information. CCAvenue® uses industry-standard VeriSign’s 128 bit SSL (Standard Sockets Layer) Technology, which is used worldwide, for data encryption. The personal information and credit card details entered is encrypted before it is transmitted over the Internet to the payment gateway. It also follows strict in-house security guidelines for ensuring confidentiality of your information.
Can I pay in-store for a product bought online?

What is your shipping policy?

Which cities do you ship to?
We currently deliver to major cities in India. However there may be certain locations where we presently do not deliver. In such situation, you will be notified and requested to provide an alternate shipping address.
Do you ship / deliver orders to foreign countries / outside India?
Sorry, but as of now we do not deliver out of India.
Can I place an order for a delivery in India, even if I am not a resident of India or currently not residing in India?
Yes, at the time of checkout will be asked billing address and shipping address. You need to provide the Indian address (where you want to get the products delivered) in the shipping address field.
Can you ship different items of same order to different locations / shipping address?
No, at present we ship an order to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to more than one location, you shall need to place multiple orders.
Are there chances that my orders will be shipped in parts? Or you ship everything together?
We aim to ship all the items ordered together, however there might be very rare instances when the order will be shipped in parts due to product availability or product features (or both). The remaining items shall typically be shipped as soon as they become available, but not later than 15 days from your order.
How long does it takes for you to ship the order?
Team Vividha promises its best efforts to ship the products within 5-7 working days of your payment have been verified and cleared. However in certain scenarios, it may take longer to ship the order. In an unlikely or unforeseen event, if the order is not shipped within 12 days, the order shall be cancelled and your payment (for those non shipped products) shall be refunded. An email will be sent to you informing about the same.
How can I track my order / check my order status?

Do you ship the orders on Sunday?
No, we ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any merchandise you have ordered from us. In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, within 15 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.

How do I return the merchandise?
You may return merchandise to us in the following two ways:
• You may visit any of our Exclusive Brand Outlets and return the merchandise in unused condition, along with the original sale invoice, or
• You can send it back to us via a traceable method with the shipper of your choice. Merchandise credits and refunds will be issued for the original purchase price. Original shipping charges are not refundable and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods.
When and how will I receive the refund for my returned merchandise?
We will send you a cheque to refund your transaction amount (i.e., only the actual product value exclusive of shipping charges and other taxes) once we receive the returned merchandise.
I do not want refund for my returned merchandise; can I exchange the merchandise, instead?
Yes, you can exchange the merchandise in following two ways:
- You may visit any of our Exclusive Brand Outlets, return the merchandise in unused condition, along with the original sale invoice and buy merchandise worth original transaction value (i.e., only the actual product value exclusive of shipping charges and other taxes)
- You can send it back to us via a traceable method with the shipper of your choice. Once we have received the merchandise back, we will give you a call and you can then place an order for merchandise worth original transaction value (i.e., only the actual product value exclusive of shipping charges and other taxes). Please note, this will be treated as a fresh order and you will be charged for the shipping charges.
Please note:
- No exchange or return on customized, personalized, monogrammed, final-sale or special-order products, or on products damaged through normal wear and tear.
- Exchange of any merchandise is subject to the condition of the merchandise. Products damaged while being used do not qualify for an exchange or replacement.
- Any exchange or return, must be accompanied by the original bill, which is shipped along with the products. Returns without the original bill will not be accepted.

Do I need to register / create an account to be able to shop at vividha.in?
No, you need not register to shop at vividha.in. You can click on ‘checkout as guest’ if you do not have an account and do not wish to register yourself for one. However, we would recommend you to register yourself to enjoy following benefits:
