How to Order

Shopping online at www.vividha.in is very quick and simple, just follow these easy steps:

1. Browse or Search the product you want
   Search or browse for the items you would like to order. Every page gives you Keyword search box located on nearly every page of our site. You can also browse the site for a product from the navigation bar present on each page at the top, with the lists and links to products across different categories. Once the required product is found you can click on the image or the product name to view the product details, where you can find more information about the product.
    
2. Add the product to Your Shopping Basket
   When you are on the product details, enter the quantity you want to purchase and click "Add to Basket" button. Once you have added the product to your Shopping Basket, you can continue to search (or browse) and shop by clicking "Continue Shopping" or proceed to checkout. You can access your shopping basket any time by clicking on "View Basket" at the top right corner of every page of our website.
    
3. Proceed to Checkout
   You can do the following with merchandise in your shopping basket:
   
   • Review the products in the basket and their respective details like MRP, Monogrammed & Gift wrap option selected (or not selected), their charges, qty purchased & total amount.
   • Increase or decrease the quantity purchased by changing the quantity and clicking on "Update" button (mentioned below the qty).
   • Remove the product from shopping basket by clicking on "Remove" button (mentioned below the qty).
   • Change your gift wrap preference.
   • Change your monogramming preference – you can Add / Remove the option of getting the product personalized. You can also change the personalization preference.
   • Hold items in your shopping basket if you prefer to wait until another day to buy then as a registered customer whatever you add to the basket is saved and not removed for 15 days or until it goes out of stock. Items in your Shopping Basket will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page. Please note that this price may differ from the price the item held when you first placed it in your shopping basket.
   Once all the products and preference are finalized you can either continue your shopping by clicking on the, Continue Shopping, button or you can check out by clicking on, Proceed to Checkout, button.
    
4. Checkout as guest / Sign In / Create an account
   You can check out using three options:
   
   • Checkout as a Guest
     You don't need to have an account to make purchases at vividha.in. However we recommend you to create an account to enjoy following benefits:
     
     • Faster Checkout by saving your shipping and billing address
     • Save your items in your shopping basket for a period of 15 days
     • Access your online order history
     • Write a product review
     • Rate a product
   • Sign In
     If you are already a registered customer at www.vividha.in, then sign in with your login details i.e., email id and password (provided by you at the time of registration)
     In case you have forgotten your password, please click on 'Forgot your password' link and provide the login id, we will retrieve it and send it to your e-mail account registered with us.
   • Create your account
     Create an account for faster checkout next time you shop and also to access your online order history.

Once you have completed all the steps in placing the order, you will get an ‘Order Acknowledgement’ notification immediately. You will then receive an order confirmation email stating your order number and summary. Please check your inbox regularly for updates from Vividha.
